Job summary

Elluc Projects Philippines Inc. is seeking a Land Development Engineer/Civil Design Engineer II to lead planning, design, and coordination of land development works for residential and mixed-use projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and professional license required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant land development/civil design experience.
Experience coordinating with LGUs, agencies, and contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of land development plans for residential subdivisions, horizontal developments, and related projects.
Review civil drawings including site development, road layouts, grading, drainage, and utility plans.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEPFS, and surveying teams; manage design progress and issues.
