Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Engineer - HVAC to install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems in the Philippines.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of chillers, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, and related equipment, with an emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and have HVAC certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and other HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Attend service calls and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintenance records.
• Monitor system performance and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors and internal teams for service delivery.
• Manage spare parts requirements for service activities.
• Support warranty and AMC activities.
