Job summary

Harmonic System Inc. seeks a licensed Electrical Engineer with 4+ years of experience to lead and manage projects, including high-rise developments. You will oversee schedules, resources, and site communications while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with owners and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel. Willingness to work outside Metro Manila is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrical engineer with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in high-rise buildings and managing multiple projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Word and Excel; willing to work outside Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project status and development.
• Manage and control material, manpower, machinery, and schedule issues.
• Serve as site focal point with Owner/representatives and sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with P.I.C to ensure schedule and billing alignment.
• Verify and resolve issues and changes (Change Orders, Site Instructions).
• Mentor junior staff and promote team development.
