Job summary

Pacific Land & Building Corporation is seeking a full-time Building Engineer in Binondo, Manila. The role requires a licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) with hands-on experience in preventive maintenance and supervision of in-house engineering works.

Responsibilities include inspecting building facilities (escalators, elevators, generators, transformers, A/C and fire systems), promptly addressing repairs, supervising electrical wiring and tenant renovations, and coordinating with maintenance

Qualifications

Candidate must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
Experience in Preventive Maintenance and supervising in-house engineering works.

Responsibilities

Regular inspection of building facilities including escalators, elevators, generators, transformers, A/C, exhaust and fire alarm systems.
Attend to repairs promptly and implement preventive maintenance on all equipment.
Supervise electrical wirings, cabling and lighting.
Supervise tenant renovations to ensure conformance with approved plans.
Counter-check power and water meter billing.
Coordinate with preventive maintenance agencies and monitor agency personnel.
