Job summary

TASKPRO OUTSOURCING is seeking a skilled Google Workspace and data-management specialist to optimize lead-generation tracking. You will build and refine automated spreadsheets, validate data, and ensure accessibility for the team.

The role also leads the Lead Generation Team to maintain daily productivity and target attainment. The ideal candidate will show strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive, with experience in data mining, databases, and prospecting tools, and a proven ability

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Google Sheets and Workspace applications.
Experience with advanced formulas, data validation, and pivot tables.
Ability to develop automated spreadsheets and reporting tools.
Familiarity with lead-generation platforms and databases.
Experience supervising a lead-generation team is preferred.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and other Workspace apps.
Develop and maintain automated or semi-automated spreadsheets and tracking tools to improve data gathering, validation, monitoring, and reporting.
Ensure lead-generation data is properly organized, updated, accurate, and accessible to authorized team members.
Maintain advanced working knowledge of lead-generation platforms, databases, data-mining tools, prospecting applications, and other related software used by the company
Lead, supervise, and support the Lead Generation Team to ensure daily operations, productivity, and lead-generation targets are consistently achieved.
