Job summary

Gold Standard Pools is seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist & Social Media Manager to grow our brand presence across Facebook and Instagram. You will own the full cycle from content planning and ad creation to campaign optimization and lead follow-up coordination.

You will plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness, while creating compelling ad copy, creatives, and retargeting strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads for lead generation or local-service businesses.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, retargeting, pixels, and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business pages.
• Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for engaging visual content.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar content-creation platforms.
• Analytical, organized, proactive, and able to explain results clearly.
• Experience with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or lead trackers is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Create compelling ad copy, creatives, audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create or coordinate high-quality social media posts, reels, stories, captions, and basic graphics.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally and escalation qualified leads promptly.
• Track leads and campaign results using spreadsheets, CRM, or reporting tools.
• Provide weekly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next actions.
• Stay updated on Meta advertising policies, platform changes, and social media trends.
