The Hosting Helper is seeking a remote Social Media Ads Specialist to own Meta campaigns for our property-management audience. You’ll manage Instagram and Facebook, build campaigns, optimize spend, and report on cost per lead and qualified demos.

In this role you’ll turn client results into narrative creative, collaborate with the founder, and align with North American hours. Previous B2B ad experience and a proven track record matter most.

Qualifications

• Two years or more running Meta ads with your own budget and a proven track record.
• Comfortable with B2B buyer personas in property management (20–200 homes).
• Strong writing and ability to direct or edit short-form video content.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta ads for The Hosting Helper, including Instagram and Facebook.</br>Manage posting calendar and day-to-day activities.
• Build, launch, and optimise Meta ad campaigns for property management clients and rental owners.
• Translate client results into compelling creative; collaborate on scripts with the founder.
