Job summary
MicroSourcing International is seeking a Lead GCP Platform Engineer in a remote Philippines setup. You will own the GCP foundation across client engagements, design secure landing zones, and implement cross-cloud interconnects with strong DevOps practices.

Qualifications
- Strong GCP delivery experience with client-facing work.
- Knowledge of IAM, OU and policy-driven security for landing zones.
- Depth in VPC, networking, org policy, and landing-zone design.
- DevOps / IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, logging and monitoring.
- Multi-cloud exposure and secure interconnect experience.
- Technical leadership and delivery oversight; able to work autonomously.
- Strong communication with client heads and leads.
Responsibilities
- Own the Google Cloud foundation used across client engagements.
- Design and build secure GCP landing zones (organization, IAM, networking, billing, monitoring).
- Implement identity-aware network security and cross-cloud interconnects.
- Provision and configure Gemini Enterprise platform with access governance.
- Apply Well-Architected Framework to harden environments for data residency, DLP and privacy.
