GE Aerospace is seeking an Airline Field Service Engineer to act as the trusted on-site technical representative for customers, delivering exceptional service and support for jet engine product lines.

You will travel to support customer needs, lead maintenance planning, analyze engine data, and provide proactive recommendations to improve fleet reliability and performance. The role requires a strong engineering background and customer-focused problem solving.

Formación

• Bachelor's or technical degree with 4+ years in airline ops, powerplant, or maintenance planning.
• Strong field service and on-site problem solving experience.
• Proven ability to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with aviation propulsion and maintenance data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical support and on-site operations for jet engine product lines.
• Deliver timely, effective solutions to customer issues and build loyalty.
• Monitor engine reliability, removals, delays, and fleet performance.
• Influence maintenance planning for fleet stability and uptime.
• Interpret OEM manuals to support maintenance actions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
