Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.
• Experience leading Service/Field Service teams.
• Experience in Semiconductor Industry, Final Test preferred.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Service/Field Service Team and daily service operations.
• Monitor team performance, work assignments, schedules, and field activities.
• Ensure consistent field work, site visits, and customer support.
• Monitor and ensure team compliance with AI tools, reporting systems, and company processes.
• Review and improve service procedures, workflows, and team performance.
• Prepare and analyze service reports, operational data, and performance reports.
• Provide management with regular updates, analysis, and recommendations.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and other departments to ensure effective service delivery.
• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
