Job summary

Axos Bank in Manila seeks a senior observability and platform architect to define reference architecture, telemetry standards, and automation direction. You will lead platform engineering efforts, guide modernization, and review designs for resilience and security while mentoring technical teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive hands-on experience in observability, SRE, cloud and API-driven systems, with strong architecture leadership and strategic decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in observability, platform engineering, SRE, cloud or systems engineering.
• 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
• Experience with metrics, logs, traces, synthetics, RUM, service maps, APIs and automation.
