Job summary

Axos is seeking an experienced SRE to own reliability engineering standards and SLO framework, driving recurring-risk reduction and improvement outcomes.

You will prioritize systemic reliability risks, guide service-health analysis, capacity and resilience practices, and partner with service owners while preserving remediation accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SRE, reliability, production engineering, performance or application diagnostics.
• Experience leading reliability programs or engineering practices.
• Strong service-impact, dependency, incident and risk reasoning.
