Job summary

Axos is seeking an experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to define and drive reliability standards and SLO frameworks across systems. The role focuses on prioritizing systemic reliability risks and leading improvement work with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will guide service-health analysis, capacity planning, and resilience practices while partnering with service owners to maintain remediation accountability in a fast-paced, digitally-driven environment.

Qualifications
