Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Lead Technician to manage building electrical maintenance across facilities. You will lead a team, perform hands-on maintenance, and ensure safety, reliability, and optimal system performance.

The role requires a Journeyman license and 5–7 years in commercial electrical maintenance with supervisory experience. Travel between sites is expected as needed and BAS/energy-management exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

Progressive experience in commercial building electrical maintenance with leadership duties.
Journeyman license or equivalent state/local certification.
Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics.
Strong safety and compliance knowledge.
Willingness to travel between multiple facilities as needed.
Experience with building automation or energy management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate electrical maintenance technicians with hands-on mentorship.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and testing of electrical systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical failures to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and internal QA protocols.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades within budget.
Maintain CMMS records for work orders and safety checks.
Respond to emergency electrical issues during on-call rotations.
Conduct safety trainings and toolbox talks for the team.
Identify energy efficiency opportunities to reduce costs.
