The role requires a strong track record in EICA, power distribution, instrumentation, and PLC/SCADA architectures, with a focus on collaboration across global offices and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Electrical and Controls engineering design as a Senior, Lead or Principal Engineer.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical power distribution systems (MV/LV).
• Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems; PLC, DCS, SCADA platforms; protection studies.
• Experience with ETAP, SKM, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and/or Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (EICA) systems across complex projects.
• Act as the technical authority for electrical and controls engineering, providing guidance to project teams.
• Develop and review power distribution, protection studies, instrumentation designs, and PLC/SCADA/DCS architectures.
• Ensure designs comply with client requirements, industry standards, quality expectations, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and global teams to meet objectives, schedules, and budgets.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to proposals, bids, and client engagements.
