Job summary

Ufinity leads design for national initiatives in the Singapore public space. As Lead Designer, you will guide a team of designers, own the end-to-end user experience, and set quality standards in collaboration with engineers, business analysts, and operations stakeholders.

You will mentor designers, develop design system governance, run workshops, and translate policy context into actionable design strategy while delivering impact across government services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or service design, including leading complex multi-stakeholder work.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of engagements, setting direction and quality standards.
• Mentor designers and contribute to design system governance and knowledge-sharing.
• Plan and conduct discovery, user research, and synthesize insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Turn insights into wireframes, mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes for testing and handover.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and feasible implementation.
