Job summary

Prime Infrastructure Capital, Inc. is seeking a Construction Site Manager in Pasay City to oversee daily operations across job sites. You will bridge design blueprints with on-site execution, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and labor to deliver projects safely, on time, and within scope.

Responsibilities include supervising site activities, QA/QC inspections, reviewing drawings, ensuring OSHA/PPE compliance, and managing RFIs and change orders while adjusting manpower as needed.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCM or PMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work aligns with designs and specs.
• Perform QA/QC inspections at milestones and address non-conformities.
• Interpret drawings and provide clear guidance to onsite crews.
• Enforce OSHA and PPE safety protocols on site.
• Coordinate primary contractors and subcontractors to maintain schedule.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and adjust manpower as needed.
