Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of QA/QC or site engineering experience on complex construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or construction management.
- Advanced ability to read blueprints, specs, and codes; familiarity with testing standards.
- AWS, NACE, ACI or equivalent inspections certs; OSHA 30-Hour preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with contractors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor site operations to ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
- Develop and implement QA/QC inspection plans and test protocols.
- Review material test reports and approve on-site materials.
- Issue NCRs and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.
- Witness testing and commissioning with subcontractors.
