Job summary

Prime Infrastructure Capital, Inc. seeks a proactive HSE / Environmental Lead to manage Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across project sites in Pasay City.

You will oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and site blueprints, coordinating with contractors and laborers to uphold a culture of safety and environmental stewardship. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience leading HSE on large-scale projects, with CSP/NEBOSH certifications

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSE and environmental compliance on large construction or industrial sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• OSHA/EPA regulatory knowledge and ability to read SWPPP maps and safety schematics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and enforcement capabilities.
• Certifications such as CSP/CHST/NEBOSH are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with safety engineering specs and environmental plans.
• Conduct daily site audits to identify hazards and environmental breaches.
• Review safety systems and ensure proper installation and maintenance.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare reports for management and regulators.
• Oversee environmental monitoring programs including SWPPP, noise and dust control.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure OSHA and local environmental compliance.
• Lead HSE orientations and toolbox talks for all job entrants.
• Track HSE metrics and report to management for accountability.
