Job summary

Kresk Contractors Asia Inc. is seeking a Project/Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites in the Philippines.

You will ensure activities align with approved plans, specs, schedules, and quality requirements while coordinating with clients, consultants, general contractors, and subcontractors. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read construction drawings and documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of construction project/site management experience, preferably MEPF works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day project site operations.
• Ensure activities are implemented according to approved plans, specs, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Supervise and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and work programs.
• Review drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify site issues, conflicts, and delays and coordinate solutions.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and Safety teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, accomplishments, and project concerns.
