Job summary

Prime Infra in Metro Manila is seeking a highly organized Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple job sites. You will bridge design blueprints with field execution, ensuring work aligns with engineering specs and safety standards.

As the onsite lead, you will coordinate contractors and laborers, monitor progress against the schedule, review quality, and ensure compliant RFIs and change orders are processed promptly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction site management or related roles.
• Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and MEP plans.
• Proven leadership of diverse crews including subcontractors.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required; CCM or PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision & QC: monitor operations and ensure work aligns with designs and specs.
• Coordinate contractors and subcontractors; manage master sequencing to optimize workflow.
• Review RFIs and negotiate change orders when needed.
• Adjust manpower to match build phase requirements; resolve scheduling conflicts on site.
