Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading large multi-functional organizations across analytics, architecture, governance, PMO, or enablement.
• 12–18+ years in technology services, consulting, SaaS, or related industries.
• Proven ability to drive transformation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for organizational enablement.
• Lead a multi-functional organization focused on business enablement, operational effectiveness, and strategic execution.
• Develop and operationalize enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities for executive decision-making.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities and improve long-term effectiveness.
• Establish governance frameworks and performance management practices.
