MaidProvider.ph is seeking a hands-on lead to own the acquisition journey from inquiry to placement in Metro Manila. You will coach the team to boost response times, conversions, and placements, turning inquiries into interviews with timely follow-through.

You will work with recruitment and client care to ensure a smooth client experience, using data and AI tools to remove friction and drive results. A performance-based bonus complements the base salary.
