Qualifications

• Graduate of four year course in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in cashiering operations; supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and support cashiers during daily operations.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, proper transaction processing, and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct cash audits, monitor cashier variances, and prepare required reports.
• Coordinate cashier schedules, assign tasks, and manage break times.
• Assist in training new cashiers on POS systems, policies, and customer service standards.
• Resolve customer concerns related to payments, refunds, and cashiering issues.
• Ensure availability of necessary supplies (receipts, forms, change fund).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout counters.
• Provide support during peak hours and ensure efficient flow at the checkout area.
• Uphold excellent customer service and promote a positive work environment.
