Job summary

5 Star Recruitment is seeking a Lead Capacity Planning Engineer in Manila to lead web dashboard development and automation initiatives. You will integrate ASP.NET dashboards with SQL Server, Oracle DB, and Snowflake to support capacity planning and decision making.

You will troubleshoot dashboards, collaborate with global teams, and drive improvements in reporting performance and reliability while staying aligned with capacity management goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ASP.NET development experience with dashboards/reports.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle DB, Snowflake; design/optimize databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in web-based apps.
• Strong communication in a diverse global environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of web dashboards and reports using ASP.NET, connecting to SQL Server, Oracle DB, and Snowflake.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure dashboard performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with capacity teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement automation to enhance reporting processes.
• Ensure data reporting accuracy, integrity, and visualization quality.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders for requirements and updates.
