Job summary

DTCC seeks a skilled Capacity Assessment professional to analyze infrastructure performance and manage capacity planning across global teams. You will identify risks, collaborate with product management and development, and drive process improvements to ensure scalable services.

The role emphasizes AI/ML-powered reporting, responsible AI practices, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver actionable insights and maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Experience with Excel macros and/or database queries for trend analysis.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle DB, Snowflake; database design/optimization.
• Experience using AI/ML tools to automate reporting and improve capacity insights.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices (privacy, security, validation).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement capacity planning strategies to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor system performance and capacity metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on capacity utilization and recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and product management to align capacity planning with goals.
• Ensure data reporting and visualizations are accurate and performant.
• Identify and implement GenAI-enabled solutions to improve forecasting and insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve automation and processes.
