Job summary

Northern Trust in Manila is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Investment & Productivity Reporting to join the Finance organization. You will own enterprise-wide IT capital reporting, forecasting, planning, and data management, partnering with Strategic Portfolio Management and key stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities and improve data quality.

The role emphasizes process optimization, automation initiatives, and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of project portfolio management and capital planning processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise-wide IT capital reporting daily and monthly.
• Maintain IT capital data management framework to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Support and manage connectivity between portfolio management platforms and reporting solutions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to meet business and leadership requirements.
• Analyze and explain fluctuations in IT capital forecasts resulting from project portfolio changes and business decisions.
• Partner with Strategic Portfolio Management, business leaders, and functional stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and capital analysis.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reporting effectiveness.
• Collaborate with team members on productivity reporting initiatives, reporting templates, and related support activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to strengthen reporting processes, controls, and analytical capabilities.
