Job summary

CRIF is a global leader in credit bureau, business information and risk solutions. The Business Analyst will define and document business processes, decision strategies and coordinate a small team of analysts to deliver client-focused solutions.

You will drive client discussions to gather requirements, map processes, and support implementation with documentation for developers and training for stakeholders across CRIF platforms.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of credit processes across the client lifecycle including loans origination and collections.
• Excellent documentation, communication and presentations skills with attention to detail.
• Proven business analysis skills and understanding of BFSI system architecture.
• Knowledge of business process management principles.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business processes and decision strategies in CRIF solutions.
• Coordinate and lead a small team of Business Analysts.
• Drive client discussions to gather requirements and map processes.
• Support implementation and provide documentation to developers.
