Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an International Consumer Banking - Business Analysis Lead in Manila to drive performance insights and process improvements within the Service Operations teams. You will lead a data-driven team, deliver action-oriented analyses, and partner with multiple departments to enable operational excellence.

The role requires strong SQL, data visualization (Power BI/Tableau/QlikSense), automation with Alteryx, and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience with coaching and delegation.
Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience with SQL and deriving insights; proficient in BI tools.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to function-aligned local resources through coaching and performance management; develop team members.
Manage capacity to meet deliverables with quality; create resiliency plans for unexpected events.
