Qualifications

• 8+ years in a business analytics/data-related role with statistics in contact center operations.
• 3+ years in inclusive leadership and team management.
• Proven experience in scorecard reporting/management/governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Performance Scorecard Team.
• Establish and drive the operating model for the scorecard team with governance and change management.
• Routinely recalibrate scorecard goals to drive business performance and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end scorecard solutions and aligned measures.
