Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance reporting, attribution, investment operations, analytics, or related field.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver results under tight time frames and pressure.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and clear communication of complex requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, and writing skills; capable of presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance measurement and attribution across global asset classes.
• Deliver monthly client and fund performance reporting with timely, accurate metrics.
• Apply standard performance calculation methodologies and tools for consistent outcomes.
• Validate and reconcile investment account returns to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain and enhance performance measurement databases and systems.
