Job summary

Turnertownsend in Manila seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead design review through construction and handover. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, utility providers, and authorities to ensure milestones are achieved.

The role oversees MV/LV distribution, substations, transformers, lighting, grounding, and ELV interfaces, with a strong emphasis on PEC compliance, safety, and project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical construction/project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, commercial, residential, hospitality, or high-rise developments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
