Job summary

Mevbuilt Incorporated is seeking an Architectural Supervisor to oversee architectural works, ensuring on-schedule delivery, quality, and budget compliance. The role coordinates with planning, cost, and QA/QC teams on site.

The ideal candidate holds a licensed Bachelor's in Architecture with at least 6 years of building construction experience, strong CAD and MS Office proficiency, and knowledge of quantity surveying. On-site work location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Licensed).
• At least 6 years of experience in building construction.
• Knowledgeable in quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction Activities: Preparation of RFA/RFI prior to execution; Coordinate with TSG Supervisor and Surveyor for site layout; Coordinate to Planning Engineer for proper sequence of work and work methodology; Responsible for estimate of Architectural quantities and coordinate to Cost Engineer for committed cost; Responsible for materials approval.
• Construction Phase: Conduct daily toolbox meeting with safety; Schedule equipment daily and inform subcontractors; Implement approved construction methods; Coordinate to PMT and QA/QC for inspection; Prepare weekly accomplishment report for Architectural works; Supervise/train Field Engineers/Architects; Evaluate Subcon billing; Coordinate to TSG Head for RFA/RFI; Create daily accomplishment report and manpower loading; Review plans with Technical Support Head and APM.
• Post Construction: Closeout subcontract accounts; Prepare handover documents; Prepare architectural as-builts; Lead project review on good/bad practices; Demobilization of architectural materials and subs; Handover of attic stock to client.
