Job summary

SinoTech Asia Construction Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Site Civil/Architect to oversee construction projects.

As a full-time Project Supervisor, you will help ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality results. You will develop and manage plans, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, ensure codes and safety compliance, and provide regular updates to the project manager and client.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years as Site Civil/Architect in construction.
• Experience with general contracting is a plus.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and teams.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Willing to work at Las Piñas, Pampanga or Santa Rosa projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and tradespeople.
• Monitor progress and resolve delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to the project manager and client.
• Identify improvements and mentor junior team members.
