Job summary

MCGPI is seeking a Project Architect to lead design and documentation for building projects on-site in Isabela. You will bridge client visions with construction details, ensuring design integrity and compliance across phases.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineers, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD. A licensed architect with 5–6+ years of experience is preferred, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Must be a licensed architect (e.g., registered with the Philippines PRC).
• Typically 5 to 6+ years of architectural practice, with project management or high-rise/commercial experience.
• High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and MS Office.
• Exceptional written and visual communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design & Documentation: Lead architectural designs, schematics, and detailed construction documents (plans, elevations, details).
• Client Engagement: Meet with clients to define goals, present concepts, and obtain approvals.
• Consultant Coordination: Direct cross-functional teams of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
• Project Oversight: Manage timelines from design to final construction, review shop drawings and specs.
• Code Compliance: Ensure plans meet local building codes and safety regulations.
• Site Administration: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address RFIs.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and architectural drafters, fostering design excellence.
