Job summary

Coalesce Sales Incorporated in Parañaque City, Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Aluminum Machine Operator Lead to supervise and optimize our aluminum manufacturing lines, ensuring safety and quality while meeting production targets.

You will lead a team of machine operators, coordinate with the Fabrication Supervisor, and implement preventive maintenance and process improvements to maximise uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supervising aluminum manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading a team of machine operators and maintaining safety standards.
• Knowledge of aluminum production processes and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read technical production docs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of aluminum processing machinery to ensure efficiency and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and conduct routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records and logs of operations and incidents.
• Enforce safety protocols and health regulations across the team.
• Optimize schedules to meet daily/weekly targets while preserving quality.
• Communicate with production management on challenges, resources, and status.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex ones to maintenance staff.
• Train new fabricators on equipment operation, safety, and standards.
