Job summary

MBVA 24/7 is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to build and execute our growth strategy from the ground up. You will own campaigns, content, lead generation, and analytics while collaborating with leadership and our AI/web team.

You will shape the function, grow into a Head of Marketing role, and directly impact funnel performance. The role is fully remote, based in the Philippines, with a focus on practical execution over titles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on digital or growth marketing
• Experience building and executing marketing campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing or B2B demand generation
• Experience managing paid campaigns and budgets
• Strong content creation and copywriting
• Experience with email marketing and CRM automation
• Ability to measure performance with clear KPIs
• Knowledge of SEO, landing pages, and analytics
• Experience using AI tools in marketing
• Strong written English and communication
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfort building rather than maintaining

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategy and 90-day plan
• Own paid acquisition across Meta and LinkedIn
• Build B2B lead-generation campaigns via email/LinkedIn/paid media
• Own social presence on major platforms
• Develop content calendars and create content
• Manage email marketing, lead nurturing, CRM workflows
• Track leads, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline and KPIs
• Collaborate with web/tech for landing pages and SEO
• Use AI tools to move faster and improve outputs
• Create reusable campaign templates and playbooks
