Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation is seeking a Layer Farm Manager to oversee daily layer farm operations, egg production targets, and health programs in Kinawe, Libona, Bukidnon. This stay-in role includes supervising farm workers and coordinating with veterinarians and technical teams.

You will ensure biosecurity, sanitation, and reporting, while driving efficiency and adherence to company policies. A BS in agriculture or related field and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduates BS Agriculture, Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
• With experience in layer or poultry farm operations (preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge in poultry production, biosecurity, and farm operations
• Organized, responsible, and detail oriented
• Able to manage a stay in farm setup and field based operations
• Good communication and decision making skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily layer farm operations and production activities
• Monitor egg production performance and farm targets
• Implement proper feeding, vaccination, and health programs
• Ensure strict biosecurity and farm sanitation protocols
• Supervise farm workers and assign daily tasks
• Monitor inventory of feeds, supplies, and farm materials
• Prepare and submit production and operational reports
• Coordinate with veterinarians and technical teams for flock health management

The Layer Farm Manager is responsible for the overall management of layer farm operations including production performance, bird health and welfare, feed management, biosecurity implementation, and team supervision. The role ensures that farm targets are met while maintaining efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with farm protocols.
