Job summary

NIQ’s Customer Success team supports clients at the center of our analytics and insights offering. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to building client presentations, working with retail measurement data, and translating insights into business impact.

You will collaborate with experienced consultants to develop practical skills in analytics, storytelling, and client engagement while gaining exposure to NIQ RMS and related solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, data/analytics, or related fields.
• Strong interest in analytics, insights, or market research.
• Fluent in English; good communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Presentation development for Indonesia-based clients by the Customer Success & Consulting team.
• Prepare performance overview decks, category snapshots, and data analysis.
• Learn NIQ RMS tools and related solutions; interpret data tables and derive insights.
• Collaborate with consulting leads and client-success teams to support workstreams.
• Maintain accuracy and detail in deliverables; assist with templates and workflows.
