NielsenIQ is seeking a Customer Success professional to translate sales and consumer data into insightful reports and presentations. The role partners with clients to fuse data, science, and people, delivering measurement and improvement for markets served.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree from reputable universities.
• Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of experience in a relevant field requiring communication and analytical skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen with excellent analytical skills.
• Understanding of growth and brand strategy.
• Strong communication skills & presentation skills, able to interpret numbers or data through storytelling techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a digitally enabled environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good client service skills and ability to communicate and write effectively in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Retail data experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in statistics would be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs.
• Analyze and interpret sales data and consumer data.
• Deliver final reports and presentations with recommendations.
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies.
• Use internal tools and data sources.
• Follow and fully own COE working processes and manage client expectations.
• Interact with client staff on routine issues.
• Discuss analysis design to answer client questions with CBP/client.
• Discuss design and calculate the Quantified Business Opportunity.
• Drive time/cost-effectiveness on the project.
• Support meeting COE objectives.
