Job summary

NIQ is seeking a data-driven Customer Success Analyst in the Philippines to support data preparation, analysis, and reporting for client projects. The role involves summarizing sales and consumer data, delivering presentations, and ensuring data quality.

You will interact with client staff and help translate data into actionable insights. Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience who demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills will fit well.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience with strong communication and analytics.
• Strong business and financial acumen; able to interpret numbers.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs
