Job summary

Csod is seeking an Assistant Manager, DC Online Business Last Mile and Logistics to oversee the day-to-day Dispatch and Last Mile Operations, reporting to Manager, O+O Inventory Reconciliation and Last Mile, and to lead logistics strategies in line with the Watsons O+O Business Model.

You will monitor KPI delivery across all delivery methods, manage the Last Mile and Dispatch teams with proper planning and execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful operational

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day Dispatch and Last Mile Operations with leadership and management.
• Monitor, review, and evaluate performance and drive improvements for all delivery methods ensuring KPIs are delivered within SLA.
• Manage and direct last mile and dispatch team to ensure achievement of KPIs with proper planning and execution.
• Plan, review, and develop plans and programs for transport and customer service to improve overall operational performance, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure contracts are current and vendors are performing within contract stipulations.
• Support in developing and maintaining good working relationships with cross-functional teams on O+O and Online DC related operations and projects to ensure successful execution.
