Job summary

Maersk is hiring a Spanish Customer Experience Team Leader to drive performance across landside operations in a global logistics environment. You will lead a diverse team, coach staff, and ensure efficient, cost-effective service from dock to delivery, while maintaining strong collaboration with regional partners.

The role requires 8+ years in operations/logistics, fluent Spanish and English, and experience with Power BI and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years in operations/logistics or freight forwarding.
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience leading a team of individual contributors or team leads.
Experience with transformation/offshoring programs.
Experience with Power BI, automation tools, or reporting platforms.
Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Landside team to achieve excellence.
Drive end-to-end Landside performance, service delivery, and process compliance.
Own team KPIs, governance, and data-driven decisions to boost quality and profitability.
Partner with regional teams, customers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
