Qualifications

• College Graduate, or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Flexible working across shifts and adhere to organizational work policies Including working from office requirements.
• At least 10-12 years’ experience in operations, shipping container and logistics or Freight forwarder industry.
• Should have prior experience leading a team of Individual contributors or Team leaders.
• Experience working in a global business environment, including cultural aspects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence.
• Drive end-to-end Landside operational performance and service delivery.
• Own team performance through KPI management, governance, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
• Build strong partnerships with regional teams, customers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
