Land Title & Survey Analyst - Mapping, Titling & Compliance

Job summary

fph invites you to join the EDC team to support land survey, titling, conversion, taxation, and valuation through careful research and documentation.

You will handle analysis and packaging of documents for transfers of titles, judicial titling, and correction of titles, coordinating with owners when needed.

This role also involves coordinating with government agencies (DENR, LRA/ROD, DAR, LGU) and monitoring vendor outputs to ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Research and documentation of documents pertaining to land survey and mapping, titling, conversion, taxation, and valuation.
• Analysis and packaging of documents required for transfers of titles, judicial titling, correction of titles and land conversion.
• Coordination with the former owner/claimant for the execution of conditions indicated in the instrument of conveyance/ release of the owner's original copy of title
• Negotiate and coordinate with the Property owners in the event of absence of document (Title, Instrument of Conveyance)
• Inspection of properties in compliance with regulatory/government agencies requirements.
• Establish coordination/relationship with the government agencies concerned (DENR, LRA/ROD, DAR, LGU, etc.)
• Monitoring, assessment and evaluation of vendors‘outputs/performance for land survey; titling services.
