Job summary

Sun Valley Golf & Development, Inc. is seeking a technical documents specialist to prepare plans for property consolidation, subdivision, and land development, including precise lot measurements and descriptions.

The role involves facilitating issuance of individual land titles, coordinating with Registry of Deeds, and reviewing TCTs for accuracy and completeness. You will also manage RPT payments and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Prepares technical plans and documentation for property consolidation, subdivision, and land development, including lot measurements and technical descriptions.
• Facilitates documentation and processing related to the issuance of individual land titles, including coordination with the Registry of Deeds.
• Examines Transfer Certificates of Title (TCTs) for accuracy and completeness; monitors title status, remapping activities, and documentation progress.
• Oversees the processing and payment of Real Property Tax (RPT) for company-owned properties and maintains corresponding records.
• Conducts and prepares relocation surveys, site measurements, location plans, and topographic maps for property owners and company development projects.
• Provides technical property data, lot measurements, maps, and other land-related information requested by Sales and other internal departments.
• Coordinates with relevant government offices, including DENR/Bureau of Lands, Land Registration Authority (LRA), Registry of Deeds, City Engineering Office, and DHSUD, for property-related applications and requirements.
• Facilitates requests for earthquake hazard assessments and other technical documents required for property licensing, registration, and compliance.
• Organizes, and maintains land, title, survey, and project records, ensuring that documents are properly scanned and readily available for future reference.
