Job summary

LIMA LAND, INC. seeks a Real Estate Titling Specialist in Makati to manage government-side requirements and title transfers. You will coordinate with agencies, prepare documents, and ensure compliance throughout registration processes.

Responsibilities include securing tax and transfer costs assessments, filing applications, and conducting inspections as needed, with a focus on accuracy and timely filings. Collaboration with LGUs and national agencies is essential for successful title

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate titling, land registration, or property documentation preferred.
• Working knowledge of Philippine land laws, property transfer processes, and title registration procedures.
• Familiarity with government agencies such as RD, DENR, LRA, BIR, and LGUs.
• Experience processing land title transfers, consolidations, subdivisions, and other registration transactions.

Responsibilities

• Secures all government-related requirements
• Secure transfer costs assessment (BIR/LGU/RD)
• Requests payment from TM in-charge of processing
• Payment of necessary taxes and fees
• Conducts ocular inspection with government officials if required
• Compiling of all requirements
• Filing of application with concerned government agencies
• Secure TCT/Tax Dec under vecinos
