Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Legal Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in property titling, title transfer, or real estate documentation.
• Knowledge of BIR, Registry of Deeds, LGU, and property registration requirements.
• Familiarity with TCT/OCT/CCT, Deed of Sale, CAR/eCAR, tax clearances, and related documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end title transfer processes for condominium projects and other properties from developer/seller to buyer.
• Liaise with government agencies (BIR, RD, LGU) and internal departments for required information.
• Facilitate computation and payment of taxes and related fees.
• Maintain organized records (physical and digital) and ensure audit readiness.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in titling documentation and escalate when needed.
• Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
