Job summary

Enduraland Development Corporation in Cavite, Philippines seeks a Licensed Civil Engineer to lead technical planning for a major residential housing project. The role covers land development and house construction, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and maintaining overall site safety and operations.

The successful candidate will coordinate with engineers, contractors, security, and maintenance, oversee permits, and manage opex/capex.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with Civil Engineering degree.
• 3+ years in technical planning, construction, and property management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead and manage staff.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of technical planning for a 12-unit residential housing project including land development, house construction.
• Ensure timely completion and budget efficiency of construction projects.
