FOREST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, INC. is seeking a Business Development Analyst to handle property acquisition and permit processing for development projects. The role involves conducting market studies, feasibility analyses, and coordinating with government agencies across the Visayas region.

The candidate should have at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of real estate experience, with willingness to travel. Full-time position based in Bacolod City.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2 years of working experience in real estate and business process permits.
Willingness to travel and be assigned out of town.
Driver’s license holder preferred but not required.
Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

Acquire properties for development.
Conduct market studies of project sites, including business plans, permits projection, strategy-making, and validation.
Conduct feasibility studies relating to the projects (legal, technical, financial).
Monitor and facilitate assigned projects in Visayas region where permits are being processed (procurement, gathering, submission of requirements to government agencies).
Negotiate and close deals; execute terms in coordination with partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Acquisition of properties for development.
Conducts market study of project sites, including business plans, permits projection, strategy-making, and validation.
Conducts feasibility studies, relating to the projects, legal, technical, and financial aspects.
Monitors and facilitates assigned projects for Visayas Region where permits are currently being processed (such as procurement, gathering, and submission of requirements to various government agencies for various permits and licenses)
Negotiating and closing deals. Executing the deals, and terms, in coordination with partners, government agencies, and other key players.

Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Must have at least 2-year working experience in real estate and business process permits.
Must be willing to travel and be assigned out of town
At least a non-professional driver’s license holder. Preferred but not required.
